Description

The Auto Charge HP Pump Super Kit includes a Charger, a Display, an Auto Pump AC HP, and a 20 Amp Super Auto Eject. This kit provides a complete vehicle charging system at an affordable price.

The Super Auto Eject comes complete with Weatherproof Cover and Mating Connector. Please specify color cover when ordering. Weatherproof Cover Color choices are Yellow, Blue, Red, White, Gray, and Black. Yellow will be supplied if not specified.

Auto Pump: The 091-9HP, Auto Pump AC, is supplied in this kit. The 091-9HP-AD, Auto Pump AC with Auto Drain, can be substituted, at an additional cost.
Auto Eject:
The 091-55-20-120, 20 Amp Super Auto Eject, is supplied in this kit. The 091-55-15-120, 15 Amp Super Auto Eject, can be substituted, with no additional cost.
The 091-55-20-120, 20 Amp Super Auto Eject, is a side wire Auto Eject. In some cases, space on the sides of the unit is limited. The 091-55-20-120-BW, 20 Amp Super Auto Eject, Back Wire, can be substituted, at an additional cost.

Auto Charge 1000 PLC

The Auto Pump HP system is a permanent split capacitor A.C. motor operating a single cylinder air compressor designed specifically for installation on vehicles with air brakes. During long idle periods of the vehicle, when even the slightest seepage can cause an air brake system pressure to drop below the brake lockup pressure, the Auto Pump HP automatically starts to maintain the pressure.

The Auto Pump HP motor is directly coupled to the compressor section eliminating all belts and pulleys assuring long life and reliable operation. A heavy duty, fixed set-point pressure switch starts the compressor when the pressure switch drops below 105 PSI and stops the compressor when 125 PSI is attained. A small pressure gauge indicates the Auto Pump output pressure and helps with installation and troubleshooting. The moisture trap provided permits routine draining of accumulated moisture in the Auto Pump output line.

The Super Auto Eject is a completely sealed automatic power line disconnect. This prevents contamination of the mechanism by road dirt, and ensures long reliable life even when mounted in the most severe environment. A novel internal switch arrangement closes and opens the 120 Volt A.C. circuit after the mating connector is inserted, and before the connector is removed. This eliminates arcing at the connector contacts, and assures long contact life. As with all Auto Ejects, the Super Auto Eject is connected to the starter circuit, so that ejection occurs when the engine is cranked.
