Today, we celebrate an incredible milestone as we congratulate Kevin Matfe on his retirement after 11 years with Banner Fire Equipment!

As our Service Manager, Kevin has been an essential part of our team, helping keep our customers and service department running smoothly. His dedication, knowledge, and commitment have made a lasting impact on both our company and the fire departments we serve. 

Congratulations, Kevin! We wish you many years of happiness, relaxation, and new adventures. Enjoy every minute—you've earned it! 🎉👏

As we say good by to Kevin we welcome Chad Faerber to the Banner Fire Equipment team as our new Service Manager in Roxana, Illinois!

Chad brings valuable industry experience and a strong commitment to customer service. In his new role, he'll be leading our service operations while helping ensure the fire departments we serve receive the dependable support and quality workmanship they've come to expect from Banner.
