We’re seeking a driven, relationship-focused Territory Manager to grow our presence throughout Northwestern Oklahoma by delivering tailored fire equipment and apparatus solutions to fire departments, municipalities, and emergency responders.
If you’re a motivated sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, consultative selling experience, and a passion for supporting the fire service, we’d love to hear from you.
Our Team & Values
We are guided by a Relentless Pursuit to Serve, supporting first responders with trusted equipment, expertise, and partnership.
Our core values: Genuine, Good Partner, Dependable, Curious.
Why You’ll Love This Role
As the Territory Manager, you’ll:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with fire departments, municipalities, emergency responders, and other customers within your assigned territory, serving as their primary point of contact
- Drive territory growth through prospecting, networking, referrals, customer visits, and industry events to generate new business and expand market share
- Serve as a trusted, consultative resource — conducting meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to recommend tailored equipment and/or apparatus solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development through order completion, delivery coordination, and post-sale follow-up
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, bids, and contracts, and maintain up-to-date customer and pipeline records in company systems
- Coordinate with service, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and an excellent customer experience
- For apparatus sales: guide customers through the complete purchasing process — specifications, budgeting, bids, and approvals — in coordination with manufacturers and production partners
- Achieve assigned sales goals, revenue targets, and territory performance objectives
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Fire Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in territory sales, business development, account management, or consultative selling of technical products or equipment.
- Experience within the fire service, emergency services, municipal, or industrial equipment industries preferred.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proven ability managing the full sales process, from opportunity identification through customer delivery.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and customer needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other sales/business management tools preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; ability to travel throughout the assigned territory (approximately 50-75% day travel).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL Class B for apparatus sales.
