This workshop draws directly from Kristopher T. Blume’s Carry the Fire: The Crucible of Leadership in the Fire Service, integrating modern leadership theories, organizational culture, and ethical/legal considerations tailored for fire service professionals. The session is interactive, blending lecture, discussion, scenario work, and personal reflection.
